1. Services Provided
Estuary Auto Spa offers a range of professional car wash and detailing services including, but not limited to, premium exterior washes, interior vacuuming, tire shine application, waxing, ceramic coating, paint correction, engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration, and leather conditioning. 2. Booking and Appointments
- Scheduling: All services are provided by appointment. Bookings can be made through our online platform or by contacting us directly.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
- Punctuality: We request that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or rescheduling, depending on the severity of the delay and our operational schedule.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Service Charges: Prices for our services are clearly outlined on our pricing guides and confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles or special requests, which will be communicated to you before commencing work.
- Payment: Full payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other electronic payment options as indicated at our premises.
- Deposits: Certain premium services or extensive detailing packages may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment and cover material costs.
4. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility
- Pre-Service Inspection: While our staff exercises utmost care, customers are advised to remove all valuables and personal belongings from their vehicles prior to service. Estuary Auto Spa is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left inside the vehicle.
- Existing Damage: Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, special instructions, or concerns regarding their vehicle before service commencement. We will conduct a visual inspection before commencing work and may note any significant existing issues.
- Unforeseen Issues: In the rare event of unforeseen issues or damage occurring during the detailing process, Estuary Auto Spa will promptly inform the customer and work towards a satisfactory resolution. Our liability in such cases is limited to the cost of the repair or replacement of the affected part, up to the value of the service provided.
5. Intellectual Property
The content, design, logos, and all other materials on our online platform are the intellectual property of Estuary Auto Spa and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our site without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Estuary Auto Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
